The mercenaries uniform is full hangman with whatever hat and stuff you want to wear.

if as many ppl wear the fedore that could be a better uniform

I found a way to save up for the 18,000 CE to get hangman, what you do is the first 5 missions in campaign and if you don't when to stop it's the air port, you stop right after that... and you should get 2,435 CE every time you finish those 5 missions! Do it around 7 times to get like 23,000 CE which is enough to but the hangman uniform!!! It's a great idea!

best way to do it is (if you have 2 psp) kill yourself on them in a locked room or the bomb game and hold the bomb all game
